ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a talented Regional Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the Region
Comprising:
Currently covering respective regions and their hinterlands.
There will be additional locations that will come up with the expansions that the company will have In the role of an RM, you will manage and monitor the branches in your region, foster a positive environment and ensure enhancement of customer base, increase in business volumes, improvements to customer experience and effective functioning of locations in the Region.
The successful candidate will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement of the Branches in the Region.
Regional Sales Manager Job Description
As a regional sales manager you are expected to perform various tasks, duties, and responsibilities. The job description example shown below highlights the major functions of the position:
Sales & Marketing Design or contribute to marketing programs and evolve a Sales & Marketing strategy for the Northern India Region.
Set long- and short-term sales strategies for the Region assigned Oversee the sales activities of the group’s Liner products/services in the Region Manage and direct sales force to ensure effectiveness & achievements of Volume & Revenue targets of the various branches in the Region.
Evaluate appropriate new sales techniques and ensure its implementation in order to increase sales volume of the region Human Resources
Serve as a coach & motivate location to meet their targets and enhance their performance for the achievement of sales goals
Participate in the recruitment process of employees in the region
Appraisal and assessment of Branch Managers in the Region.
Be an effective connection between the Corporate Office and the Branches. Monitor and review the Reports sent from the locations to ensure that they are timely, accurate, effective and informative Networking
Represent the organisation in Industry fora to understand the dynamics and Trade patterns relevant to us
Identify, suggest and participate in the review process of new business opportunities for the group in the Region
Network and develop a Customer base of Corporate accounts for the group’s Liner activities
Explore and collate market data for possible expansion of the Group’s office network in the Region.
