• Support operations for ABI SAP Procure To Pay & Transport mgmt.. business processes.
• Analyze incidents in detail. Ability to do Root cause analysis & actions needed to
• Manage integration initiatives of ABI with internal & external systems. Review e2e design to ensure supportability of solution in production environments.
• Bring together Business & IT teams to ensure projects/changes delivered as per the schedule. E2E validation of solution at each stage.
• Analyze current supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Your insights will help businesses evolve and adapt to market demands.
• Drive critical incident calls from the functional perspective, with AMS partner.
• Oversee escalations & service improvements with AMS partner for supply chain process.
• Support Application performance manager for topics requiring SAP functional expertise.  

Key accountabilities

• Responsible for incident analysis and resolution related to Procure to Pay & Transport management process.
• Work with business teams to understand the issue & to provide timely resolution.
• Own the IT Operations for the said process to ensure no business impact due to Incidents.
• Provide detailed Root cause analysis. Clearly define corrective & preventive actions.
• Follow ITSM process in resolving incidents & adhering to SLAs.
• Create problem tickets & features to implement solutions/GAPs identified from Incident analysis.
• Work with product teams to prioritize features as per the business urgency.
• Own the end to end resolution of incidents while working with technical & integration teams.
• Execute work arounds to manage crisis situations.
• Review the FD, TD documents, test scripts. Participate in KT sessions.
• Retain knowledge of SAP Procure to pay & Transport Management processes within IT Operations.
• Participate in functional validations & testing as part of upgrade projects/planned maintenance down time.
• Support driving the UAT, Key user training & Hyper cares for the new roll outs.

Education

• University degree level or equal by experience, combining Information Technology and Business management

Experience & Technical Competencies

• 6-8 Years of experience in SAP AMS projects in the area of P2P & SAP Transport management.
• Hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Procurement processes( Procurement, pricing, Inventory Mgmt., Physical Inventory & Invoice verification).
• Experience working on VIM-Vendor Invoice management
• Should be well versed with master data for P2P processes. Integration of master data from MDM to Procurement.
• Experience in Incident management involving complex integrated system landscape.
• Ability to analyse custom solutions, work flow, smart form issues from functional perspective.
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori usage for running business processes in S4H.
• Hands on experience in SAP transport management solution on S4H.
• Configuration knowledge related to freight order types, units, costing & settlements.
• Integration knowledge of SAP TM with S4HANA & ability to solve integration issues.
• Understanding of LMD(Last mile delivery) process in S4 & Route settlement processes with integration of TM will be advantage.
