Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who believes every child can learn and thrive with the right resources. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based practices to help students strengthen their self-regulation, independence, social-emotional skills, and confidence.

In this school-based role, you will serve as a behavioral support expert across general and special education settings. You will work directly with students, guide educators, strengthen schoolwide behavioral systems, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to remove barriers to student success.

What You’ll Do

• Provide consultation and direct support to students with behavioral, social-emotional, and self-regulation needs across school environments
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaborate with school teams to develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans
• Coach and train teachers, paraprofessionals, and service providers in behavior management, de-escalation, and crisis-prevention strategies
• Support schoolwide behavioral frameworks, including MTSS, Responsive Classroom, and other evidence-based approaches
• Observe students in classrooms and other school environments, using data to identify barriers and recommend effective interventions
• Design classroom-wide and individualized support systems that encourage student independence and positive peer interactions
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decisions and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop appropriate goals, accommodations, behavioral supports, and progress-monitoring strategies
• Model behavioral interventions, assist with crisis response, and provide follow-up support to staff members and families
• Build collaborative relationships with students, families, educators, service providers, and community partners

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
• At least two years of professional experience as a BCBA

Preferred Qualification

• Two or more years of BCBA experience in a school-based setting

Compensation

$46.00 per hour/part-time hours
