The MH Group is seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to support retained executive search engagements on a flexible, project-by-project basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR professional seeking meaningful, flexible consulting work.
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will partner with our executive search team to identify, engage, assess, and present highly qualified candidates for leadership and executive-level positions across nonprofit, healthcare, government, education, and private-sector organizations.
Conduct market research and talent mapping for executive search engagements.
Source, identify, and recruit high-caliber leadership candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies.
Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification interviews.
Evaluate candidates' experience, leadership capabilities, and organizational fit.
Prepare candidate summaries, interview notes, and search documentation.
Assist with reference checking and candidate due diligence.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with the Managing Partner and search team to meet client timelines and deliver exceptional service.
10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or executive search consulting.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Demonstrated success recruiting director, vice president, executive director, or C-suite level professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple search projects.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
