Fleet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a large fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal availability and efficiency.

• Handle garage operations, including coordination with mechanics for vehicle maintenance and repair activities.

• Supervise drivers and enforce operational compliance with local regulations.

• Implement and monitor fleet management systems and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Prepare and maintain reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in a similar role managing large fleets.

• Education: B.Tech in Automobile Engineering.

• Proven experience in garage operations and team supervision.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of fleet management systems, preventive maintenance, and local compliance regulations.

• License: Must possess a valid Qatar Light Motor Driving License.

• Age: Between 30 and 45 years old.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
