We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs and public relations efforts.
Collaborating with external vendors to ensure the success of the marketing programs and product launching.
Supporting the various initiatives by planning, organizing and tracking campaigns like email, events, social media and content marketing.
Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging market trends.
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain relationships with media, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in a marketing role (3-5 years preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and MS Office
Creativity, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with the local market in Qatar and knowledge of cultural nuances that affect marketing strategies is a plus.
Ability to design and edit marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, flyers, posters,banners).
Knowledge in graphic design skills
