JDE Functional Consultant

Position Summary

Support and manage all ERP technical modules used by the Finance Department, primarily focusing on JD Edwards (JDE) and associated systems.

Principal Activities

• Provide first-line support for JDE financial modules and related systems.
• Assist with month-end financial processes and system reconciliations.
• Troubleshoot issues, schedule tasks, modify system layouts, and create reports/events.
• Train staff and document financial business processes.
• Design and implement new templates and modules.
• Handle data gathering and ad-hoc report requests (SQL, Business Objects, system reports).
• Coordinate financial system-related matters with the IT Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of JDE EnterpriseOne development experience.
• Experience supporting fully integrated JDE systems.
• Proficiency in ERP financial software (Oracle, JDE).
• Strong MS Office and SQL skills.
• Advanced project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication and documentation skills.
