Recruiter (Remote)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and placement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with great opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Source and attract top talent using various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A strong understanding of various industries and job markets (preferred).
