Responsibilities:
• Building and scaling an internal sales team.
• Leading and a team of Sales Executives setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships, ideally having an existing client database as well.
• Analyzing market and sales data and developing new markets to sell the portfolio of properties.
• Understanding local and international markets and the changing requirements of clients.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
• Accountable for achieving residential sales targets received from specified properties.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate projects, including features, benefits, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate and close sales.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms to ensure favourable outcomes and maximize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actions for improvement.
Qualification & Skills required:
• Min of 10+ years of experience in residential sales generating
• Working for a developer or heading the sales function.
• Managed a sales team and actively worked on their development and growth.
• Multilingual with experience working with multinationals.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
