Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program for facility management services.
· Design and implement quality control processes to monitor and evaluate the delivery of facility management services.
· Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
· Generate regular reports on quality performance, highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement.
· Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to facility management.
· Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and conduct training programs for facility management staff to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.
· Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to align quality processes and expectations.
· Identify potential risks related to service quality and work proactively to mitigate them.
