POSITION:  Foreman/oil, Gas  Supervisor

REPORTING TO:   Project /Site Engineer

OVERALL MISSION:

Supervised Works and coordinated with the Project Team to ensure all work areas and requirements were in place for the teams to work productively. Ensuring compliance with all HSE, QA and productivity-related targets. To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all HSE, QA and productivity-related targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management:
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations on construction sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules.
• Team Supervision:
• Lead and direct the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks based on project needs and crew capabilities.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform regular inspections of work sites to monitor quality and safety.
• Address and rectify any issues or deficiencies in construction quality.
• Safety Compliance:
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for the crew.
• Investigate accidents or near misses and report findings.
• Resource Management:
• Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain daily logs of activities, progress, and incidents.
• Prepare reports on project status, labor hours, and material usage.
• Document and communicate any changes to the project scope.
