Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execute payroll administration and maintain employee records with salary details for the client.
Manage employee benefits per client policies, ensuring records are updated in the HRIS, including attendance and employee loans.
Liaise with external auditors to facilitate a smooth auditing process by providing required information promptly.
Create, maintain, and update SAP systems with staff records and organizational structures.
Prepare staff budget planning and monitor necessary adjustments, ensuring accurate reporting.
Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, policies, and procedures, delivering high-quality internal customer service.
Prepare annual increments and incentive calculation sheets during the annual appraisal process.
Provide HR dashboards, analytics, and periodic reports on employee payroll, benefits, and other information to senior management.
Assist with talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, and coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding.
Guide new employees on client policies and procedures, and coordinate the end-to-end orientation process.
