Job Title: Zumba Trainer
Reports to Assistant Recreation Manager
Job Function/ Description:
Key Responsibilities: 1.Conduct Zumba fitness classes in accordance with established schedules and formats. 2.Develop and choreograph Zumba routines that incorporate a variety of dance styles. 3.Provide clear and concise instructions to Club Members, ensuring they understand proper form and technique while performing exercises. 4.Motivate and encourage Members to maximize their workout efforts and achieve their fitness goals. 5.Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes and encourages participation . 6.Modify exercises and routines to accommodate members with varying fitness levels, abilities and physical limitations. 7.Demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for Zumba and fitness. 8.Ensure the safety of all members by monitoring their movements and providing corrections as needed to prevent injury. 9.Stay updated on current fitness trends, Zumba choreography and music to keep classes fresh and engaging. 10.Maintain a clean and organized workout space. 11.Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 12.Collaborate with Gym to promote Zumba classes and attract new participants. 13.Attend training workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge related to Zumba and fitness instruction. 14.Adhere to all company SOP’s and safety guidelines.
Qualifications Required 1.Degree in Physical Education,or a related field. 2. Certification as a Zumba Instructor from a recognized organization. 3. Previous experience teaching group fitness classes. 4. Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role. 5. CPR and first aid certification preferred.

Self-corresponding. 5. Customer service orientation. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays if its required.
