We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can translate ideas into visually compelling stories across digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and branding teams of our 5 sister companies, each with its own unique identity, ensuring consistent visual excellence while maintaining brand individuality. You’ll play a key role in conceptualizing, visualizing, and executing both static and motion content that enhances our digital presence, engages audiences, and drives performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Branding ● Conceptualize and design on-brand creatives for digital and print media. ● Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for 5 sister companies. ● Create branding assets including logos, social media templates, brand guides, and marketing materials. ● Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s visual standards and tone. Marketing Creatives ● Design creatives for social media campaigns, websites, blogs, and ads. ● Create performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads).
● Develop engaging email templates, banners, infographics, and presentation decks. Video Editing & Motion Graphics ● Edit short-form videos and Reels for social media (cutting, trimming, adding music, captions, and transitions). ● Create basic animations, logo reveals, and product motion visuals using After Effects or Canva motion tools. Collaboration & Strategy ● Work closely with the marketing team to ideate campaigns and ensure creative alignment. ● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. ● Manage multiple brand requirements efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Tools & Software Expertise
Design Software: ● Adobe Photoshop ● Adobe Illustrator ● Adobe InDesign ● Canva (for quick layouts and templates)
Video & Animation: ● Adobe Premiere Pro (basic editing) ● Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics) ● CapCut / DaVinci Resolve (for Reels and social media edits)
Skills & Competencies
● Strong visual sense, typography, layout, and color theory understanding. ● Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics. ● Ability to handle multiple brand identities with a strategic design mindset. ● Understanding of digital trends, social media formats, and brand storytelling. ● Basic knowledge of aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform specifications (Reels, Stories, Thumbnails, etc.). ● Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple
