We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Qatar. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valuable clients. Your mission is to move beyond traditional sales by building long-term, strategic partnerships, ensuring client retention, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
Relationship Leadership: Serve as the dedicated lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts.
Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales targets and increase "share of wallet."
Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client goals with our service offerings.
Retention & Loyalty: Proactively monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly to ensure long-term contract renewals.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends in Qatar and the wider GCC region to provide clients with consultative insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services promised during the sales process.
Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
Local Expertise: Prior experience working within the Qatar market is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic is a significant plus).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to translate them into actionable business reviews for clients.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
