The Field Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production facilities, including cryogenic and air separation units. The role requires hands-on field activities, strict adherence to safety standards, and close coordination with operations and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted and safe plant operations.

Operate and monitor field equipment related to production, utilities, air separation units, and cryogenic systems

Perform routine inspections, readings, and basic troubleshooting of equipment and pipelines

Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and normal operation of process units as per standard operating procedures

Identify abnormal operating conditions and report issues promptly to supervisors

Assist maintenance teams during breakdowns, planned maintenance, and shutdown activities

Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations at site

Maintain accurate log sheets and operational records

Coordinate effectively with team members and control room operators
