Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded. • Take an active role in the negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords/Developers. • Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels. • Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead generation. • Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships. • Ensure an effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction. • Follow all leads till conclusion. • Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and send the report within the agreed timescale. • Keep sales updates to date with property market activities. • Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market. • Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications. • Act as “ambassador” for the client within the wider Qatar community. • Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from time to time. • Knowledge of local real estate sales transactions • Knowledge of the local property market • Knowledge of customer service and satisfaction. • Demonstrate solid commercial awareness. • Ability to read and understand the market trends and seek opportunities as per market requirements • Ability to represent the company in all events/ exhibitions. • Ability to read sales contracts and understand the terms. • Ability to read marketing/ brokerage agreements and understand the terms.

Experience & Qualification: • 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a successful track record in commercial and/or residential property sales or leasing. • A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification would be a plus. • Strong CRM background. • Customer-focused.
Additional requirements: • Must have a Valid Qatari Driving License • Arabic speaking is mandatory (Basic English required)
