Job Description Punchlist Coordinator The Punchlist Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and coordinating all punch list items during Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning phases to ensure timely closure of outstanding works and smooth system handover. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage punch list activities during Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning phases and offshore role-over. • Maintain and update punch list status in the System Completion Database such as Omega365 PIMS, Go-Completions, Hexagon or equivalent. • Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Mechanical Completion, and Commissioning teams for identification, categorization, and close-out of punch list items. • Monitor and track Category A/B punch items, ensuring timely resolution in line with project priorities and commissioning schedule. • Prepare and maintain punch list registers, reports, and status updates for project management and completion teams. • Participate in system walkdowns with Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to identify and record punch items. • Follow up with responsible disciplines to ensure timely completion and verification of punch list closure. • Ensure proper documentation and verification of completed punch items prior to system handover. • Assist in preparation of completion dossiers and handover documentation related to punch list closure. • Ensure punch list management activities comply with project QA/QC requirements and documentation procedures. • Promote compliance with project HSE requirements during walkdowns and inspection activities. Qualifications & Experience • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, preferably in Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, or Construction support roles. • Have experience with offshore campaigns. • Experience with completion management systems such as Omega365 PIMS, Go-Completions, Hexagon or other database systems. • Familiar with system walkdown processes, punch list categorization, and system handover procedures. • Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills with basic planning and scheduling experience. Location Project Site / Yard (e.g., QMFY) with potential support to offshore execution phase.
