Contribute to departmental planning activities, including annual objectives, budgets, and resource forecasts.

Provide project-related insights, analysis, and data to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Ensure adherence to quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.

Assist in preparing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource requirements, cost estimates, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect project requirements and prepare design briefs for consultants and contractors.

Participate in meetings related to the preparation and finalization of Project Execution Plans (PEP).

Review tender documents including SOR, SOW, standard terms, and financial details, and support the tender approval process.

Support all tendering activities such as documentation review, tender advertisement, coordination of evaluations, and tender openings.

Assist in negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and quality services.

Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress and provide recommendations for corrective actions in case of deviations.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and quality standards.

Review contract compliance plans covering milestones, deliverables, payment terms, statutory requirements, and HSSEQ commitments.

Act as a coordination point for project-related issues and escalate matters to the Business Development Director when required.

Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Liaise and coordinate with government authorities to support timely approvals and smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, reports, documentation, and databases for operational and regulatory purposes.
