Job Description
Main Duties
Installing workstation operating systems, drivers, Microsoft Office, and any other required applications.
Installing and configuring USB and network printers and scanners, including the required drivers and configurations.
Installing and configuring Microsoft Teams and Outlook on both workstations and smartphones.
Connecting users’ workstations to the network and performing the required network configurations.
Connecting users’ IP phones to the network and performing the required configurations.
Preparing meeting rooms for online and on-site meetings, including connecting displays, microphones, speakers, laptops, and configuring systems to meet requirements.
Performing required network testing and cable labeling.
2. General Duties
Providing on-site technical support and maintenance of ICT systems as assigned by Client.
Assisting with troubleshooting, system monitoring, and escalating issues to higher support tiers when required.
Supporting network connectivity, user management, and IT operations as directed by the client IT Team.
Ensuring full compliance with all Client IT security and confidentiality policies.
Preparing daily or weekly activity reports as required by client instructions.
The assigned engineer shall work under the supervision of client’s designated representative and comply with all site protocols and security requirements.
Proficiency in Arabic in addition to English will be considered an added advantage.
