Position: Financial Controller

Location: Jeddah / Riyadh

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA / CFA (Mandatory)

Role Summary

The Financial Controller will manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. The role will support senior management with financial analysis and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, general ledger, and month-end and year-end closures.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local statutory requirements.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Strengthen internal controls and support internal and external audits.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.

• Support business units with financial insights and performance analysis.

• Supervise and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• CA / ACCA / CMA / CFA qualification (mandatory).

• 10–15 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial controls.

• Experience in a group or multi-entity environment preferred.

• Experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
