Sharing below the JD of the consultant and request to provide a resource with the below-mentioned skill set as required by technical team.
1) Should have more than 7 years of experience in SF RCM and RMK project implementations, along with an active SF RCM certification. 2) Should have strong experience in implementing SF RCM and RMK, both without Employee Central (EC) and with the Employee Central module. 3) Should have experience in implementing the RCM and RMK module with both SAP and non-SAP integrations. 4) Strong experience in providing solutions for out-of-the-box requirements. 5) Should have experience in developing MDF objects, XML templates (Job Requisitions, Candidate Applications, Profiles, etc.), business rules, workflows, security and roles, Job Profile Builder, AI features, talent pipelines, internal and external postings with employee referrals, agency postings, offer letter design, Integration Center, and Intelligent Services Center etc.. 6) Strong experience in Career Site Builder, analytics, and integrations with LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards. 7) Strong experience in developing Story Reports and Dashboard Reports, as well as enabling standard reports. 8) Strong experience in understanding the SAP HCM system.
