Job Title: Operations Manager – Limousine Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee limousine operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the limousine or transportation industry, with strong capabilities in fleet management, stakeholder management, recruitment, onboarding, and operational leadership. The role focuses on ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Manage end-to-end daily limousine operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee full fleet management, including vehicle allocation, utilization, maintenance coordination, inspections, and replacements.
Ensure optimal fleet availability through effective scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
Monitor vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, downtime, and maintenance costs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely servicing and repairs.
Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and company SOPs.
Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
Handle operational escalations, service disruptions, and client complaints effectively.
Prepare and present operational and fleet performance reports to senior management.
Lead recruitment of drivers, supervisors, and operational staff in coordination with HR.
Manage onboarding, induction, and training programs focused on operations, safety, and service standards.
Ensure adequate staffing levels aligned with fleet size and operational requirements.
Monitor staff performance and recommend training or corrective actions as needed.
Lead and manage supervisors, drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
Set KPIs related to fleet utilization, service quality, safety, and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer service excellence.
Ensure consistently high customer service standards across all limousine services.
Monitor punctuality, vehicle condition, driver conduct, and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses related to operations and fleet performance.
Identify opportunities for cost control, efficiency improvement, and service enhancement.
Support audits, inspections, and management reviews.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar role within the limousine or transportation industry.
Proven hands-on experience in fleet management (mandatory).
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding of operational staff.
Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, and dispatch systems.
Familiarity with Qatar transportation regulations is an advantage.
