Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building apps, automating workflows, integrating systems, and developing dashboards while ensuring governance, security, and best practices.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, support teams, and developers to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Build solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

• Automate workflows using connectors, approvals, RPA (UI flows), and custom APIs.

Data Modeling & Integration

• Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules.

• Integrate with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs using connectors and Azure services.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards.

Dashboarding & Reporting

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Implement row-level security, data refresh schedules, and performance optimization.

• Embed reports into applications, portals, and collaboration platforms.

Governance & Security

• Implement governance practices including environment strategy, DLP policies, naming standards, and ALM pipelines.

• Apply role-based security and data access controls.

• Monitor app performance and maintain audit logs.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide L2/L3 support for Power Platform solutions.

• Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

• Upgrade or refactor legacy applications as needed.

Documentation & Training

• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

• Deliver training sessions and support citizen developers.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new platform features and roadmap updates.

• Evaluate new capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve automation and integration.
