Perform all assigned periodic and non-periodic HVAC maintenance activities at site level.

Work hands-on in the field to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems.

Identify system faults or abnormalities and immediately report findings to the supervisor for further action.

Ensure all maintenance work is completed within the given timeframe and in accordance with company quality standards.

Strictly comply with company health, safety, and environmental regulations at all job sites.

Maintain proper housekeeping of the work area after completion of maintenance activities.

Prepare and submit work completion and progress reports to the supervisor.
