Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Handover Engineer (MEP) with strong experience on PWA (Ashghal) infrastructure projects. The candidate should have proven expertise in drainage/infrastructure projects, testing & commissioning, handover documentation, and coordinating approvals with relevant PWA departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end handover activities for infrastructure and drainage projects.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Prepare and review handover dossiers, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, testing reports, and close-out documentation.
• Liaise with PWA departments (DNPD, RDP, or O&M) to obtain approvals and complete project close-out.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve punch list items before final handover.
• Ensure compliance with PWA standards and project specifications.
• Support timely project completion and successful client handover.
Mandatory Requirements
• 12–15 years of overall experience.
• 8–10 years' experience as a Handover Engineer or Testing Engineer on PWA (Ashghal) projects.
• Proven experience in Drainage and Infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with Engineering Consultants and Contractors.
• Mandatory experience obtaining approvals from PWA DNPD, RDP, or O&M departments.
• Must be an MEP Engineer by profession (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Civil Engineers will not be considered.
• Available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
