Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for marketing Hydraulic Hoses & Pneumatic Components to join our growing team in UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, outdoor selling with 2-3 years’ experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated & proactive personality with a positive mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Diploma preferred or a related field
• UAE Driving license is Must
