Job Description
Responsibilities and Authorities
Responsible for:
Maintaining and improving relationships with assigned existing Clients
Conducting market research and acquiring new Clients, as per the given target and directions from the Sales Director
Orders; from Request for Quotation to Collection of payment and Client feedback
Requesting quotations from approved Suppliers, comparing and selecting quotations
Calculating cost estimations and providing data to the Administrative Assistant to prepare quotations
Monitoring market trends and increasing product and service knowledge
Proposing new products and proposals for pitching to assigned Clients for specific events
Holding presentations for assigned Clients
Meeting the individual sales targets
Submitting sales reports as instructed by the Sales Director
Positively coaching and mentoring assigned Sales Executives
Working according to established policies and procedures
Integrating into the team and contributing to a healthy workplace culture
Authorized to:
Raise and send out Quotations
Contact and negotiate with approved suppliers
Professionally representing the Group in approved organizations, meetings, and conferences
