JOB DESCRIPTION
TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
MBA in Human Resource (or equivalent) from a recognized university. Certifications (preferred)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Required up to 10 years of experience in Talent acquisition officer role. Preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
Working knowledge of SAP. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize databases and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job
requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare and provide relevant documentation for interview panels. Conduct competency-based and technical assessments to evaluate candidate
qualifications and skills. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR teams and other
departments. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using SAP. Generate recruitment-related reports and analyze data for decision-making. Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop
tailored recruitment strategies. Serve as a liaison between candidates and management, ensuring clear communication. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and
Qatarization initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and integrity during the recruitment process. Assist in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns. Coordinate logistics and ensure proper documentation for campaigns. Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes. Stay updated on market trends and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
