Job Description
Create and Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide guidance and support to team members, including regular performance feedback and coaching.

Coordinate and collaborate with Sales Executives and other team members to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
Conduct product training sessions to enhance the team's understanding and selling skills.
Manage customer relationships efficiently.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss product options and recommend suitable solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
