Romatel Investment Limited was founded in 2017 when the founders saw a need for a

dedicated, specialized logistics company which was capable of rendering personalized

services to hundreds of businesses in Tanzania. Their purpose is to assist our clients and

make their businesses better by handling their logistics. They have around 30 Trucks currently

 Job Profile:

The position will be responsible for,

• Designing and implementing operational systems and processes for smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement reporting systems for all operational areas.
• Track key performance metrics of  Drivers / Operations Team : Delivery Times, Fuel Consumption, Vehicle usage etc.

• Track Performance / Targets &  Control Expenses

• Overall Logistics operations 

Reporting To : Directors

Compensation:

Salary in Tanzania Shillings (depending upon on your current salary & merits), Accommodation, Local Conveyance, Travel to India once in 2 years, Work Permit etc.
