Position: Production Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience: 15–25 years of experience in production management within the flexible packaging or related industry.

Location: Sango Ota, Nigeria.

Job Description:

Strong knowledge of rotogravure printing, lamination, extrusion, and slitting processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency
