Business Head

Position: BUSINESS HEAD

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 20 years’ leadership experience, including at least 10 years in a senior management role with multi-functional responsibilities.

Location: Nigeria.

Job Description:

• This role is accountable for delivering sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and brand leadership, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, mission, and values.
• The Business Head will lead the organization to achieve long-term goals through effective people leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Works closely with the Board of Directors on strategic and operational matters.
