The Safety Engineer will ensure effective implementation of safety standards at construction sites, enforce statutory compliance, minimize risks, and promote a safe working culture across all real estate projects.

Monitor site activities, conduct daily inspections, and identify safety hazards.

Ensure strict compliance with PPE usage, safety protocols, and safe operation of equipment.

Implement company EHS policies and statutory safety guidelines; maintain safety signage and fire-fighting equipment.

Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, workshops, and emergency drills.

Maintain safety reports, incident records, inspection checklists, and audit documentation.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety norms and regulations (ISO, OSHA, NBC, etc.).

Identify unsafe conditions, investigate incidents/near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for safe work planning, especially for high-risk activities.

Review and audit method statements and risk assessments (MSRA).
