Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team; set targets, track performance, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Manage channel partners—onboarding, training, engagement, and participation in launches/events.

Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and project launches; share market insights and customer feedback.

Ensure excellent customer service, resolving queries and maintaining accurate CRM data and documentation.

Prepare regular sales reports, track forecasts, pipeline, conversions, and inventory movement.
