Responsibilities -
· Identify business opportunities & potential Clients in FTL for West Region.
· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
· Maintain existing business & customer retention
· Ensuring smooth onboarding of Clients.
· RFQ Working to fulfil client requirement.
· Ensuring running of smooth operations on daily basis for its client.
· Managing all aspects of transportation- FTL.
· Provide strong leadership and guidance to the FTL team, including managers, supervisors, and staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
· Create and manage the FTL budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
· Extensive experience in logistics and transportation management, with a proven track record of leadership and progressively increasing responsibilities.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve operational efficiency
· Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize logistics operations.
Qualifications -
· Bachelor's degree or MBA preferably
· 3 -8 years' prior industry related business development & B2B sales experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proactive, Self-Starter,
· Willingness to travel extensively within the region
· Good understanding of the local geography, culture, market characteristics / traits
· Candidate having local experience in FTL transportation services
