Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential franchise markets and opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to inform expansion strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential franchises.
Get franchising opportunities for brand enhancement
Oversee the entire franchise recruitment process, from lead generation to final agreement.
Present business proposals and negotiate terms with potential franchise partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchises
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure business success and brand consistency
Achieve targets for franchise sales and expansion
Monitor and report on the financial performance of franchise locations, ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards
Prepare sales presentations and reports
Ensure all franchise operations comply with legal financial and operational standards
Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all franchise locations
Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines and create new concepts
Managing design process from conception through final styling
Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, trims, and techniques.
Ensure products are in agreement with business strategy
Review product for style and fitting while presentation
Presenting story, mood board, color boards, and samples to buying team.
Set up showroom as per meeting requirements keep the showroom updated as per trend
Create production sketches and tech packs for development.
Collaborate with buying team to ensure development packages are accurate
Develop brandings.
Develop innovative and in line trendy designs for the organization
