Job Role :- oversees cleaning personnel, manages workflows, and ensures high standards of hygiene and safety in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
Core Responsibilities:-
Staff Management: Schedule shifts, assign daily cleaning tasks to floor or public area attendants, conduct team briefings, and arrange coverage for absences.
Quality Control & Inspections: Perform systematic inspections of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and restrooms using checklists to verify brand and health standards.
Training & Coaching: Onboard and train new housekeeping staff, deliver skill refresher sessions, and lead by example to motivate the team.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels for linens, toiletries, and cleaning chemicals, submit requisitions, and manage replacement orders.
Maintenance & Issue Resolution: Liaise with the maintenance department to report broken fixtures, appliances, or safety hazards and track repair tickets
