BD Head

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to drive growth across multiple revenue channels including corporate wellness, events, collaborations, retreats and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic acumen, market intelligence, leadership capability and deep B2B expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute business development strategies across:
  • Events, webinars & talks
  • Social media collaborations
  • Corporate wellness programs
  • Wellness tours & retreats
• Identify and launch new revenue channels and diversification opportunities.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Strengthen client retention and improve customer satisfaction.
• Drive quarterly growth in new vs. repeat business revenue.
• Present business performance insights, growth opportunities and KPIs to Founders/CEO.
• Lead, train and motivate the BD team to achieve KPIs.

• Proven success in B2B business development in the wellness/lifestyle domain.
