Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales – Automobile Spares to oversee and expand our 
Automobile spare parts business operaƟons across Uganda. The ideal candidate will play a key 
role in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing operaƟonal efficiency. 
As SM, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operaƟons, mentoring and supporƟng 
local teams, driving business strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder 
relaƟonships—both internal and external. 

Key ResponsibiliƟes:
 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market 
expansion. 
 Review and analyze market trends and customer needs to idenƟfy new sales opportuniƟes 
and enhance product offerings. 
 Establish and maintain relaƟonships with key customers and stakeholders to drive 
customer saƟsfacƟon and loyalty.
 Collaborate with strong regional or independent major key retailers, distributors, and 
partners. 
 Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusƟng 
strategies as needed. 
 Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory, quality, and company standards. 
 Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and best pracƟces.
 Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operaƟonal and financial 
performance. 
 Address and resolve escalated customer complaints, incidents, or legal issues promptly. 

Candidate Requirements: 
 EducaƟon:
o PGDM/MBA from a reputed insƟtuƟon preferred.
o Bachelor’s degree in business administraƟon, Management, or related field 
acceptable. 
 Experience:
o Minimum 8 years of management and leadership experience, Mandatory in 
automobile spare parts. 
 Skills & Competencies:
o Strong leadership and decision-making capabiliƟes.
o Excellent verbal and wriƩen communicaƟon skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office, CRM plaƞorms, and project management tools.
o Ability to mulƟtask and perform under pressure.
o Strong analyƟcal and problem-solving skills. 
Preferred Industry Experience: 
Candidates with experience in Automobile heavy vehicle spare parts will be given preference.
