Role Overview
The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers visiting the showroom, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable furniture products, and driving sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate furniture products. • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits effectively. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales. • Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards. • Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations. • Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams for order execution. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. • Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.
Key Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline. • 1–2 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in the furniture industry. • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
