Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Ahmedabad.
Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcomes visitors, handles telephone calls, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage visitor records, passes, and reception desk activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
• Handle courier, mail, and package dispatch and receipt.
• Maintain office records, documents, and administrative databases.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for office requirements.
• Monitor office supplies and assist employees with general inquiries.
Key Requirements
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
• Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Qualification Required :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
3-5 years of experience in reception, customer service, administration, or a similar role.
Knowledge of office administration procedures.
