Job Profile :-
Manage front office operations, visitor handling, and phone calls.
Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment by serving as the first point of contact for handling visitors, inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain records, couriers, and daily admin tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments along with the estate management team, residents, and external parties for smooth office operations.
Provide administrative assistance in organising events, meetings, or community activities for residents.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the reception area is stocked.
Desired Candidate :- Any Graduates, Good Communication. Female only.
