A business and legal group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team in Tel Aviv. This individual will be responsible for helping to drive growth of their services through effective sales and business development strategies, client relationship management, and partnerships. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales and business development strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. - Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in various industries, showcasing the value of the business and legal services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. - Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry changes that may impact their services, adapting sales strategies accordingly. - Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand their client base and enhance their brand presence. Requirements: - Proven experience as a B2B Sales/Bizdev Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the online trading/gaming/crypto industry. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding set targets and driving revenue growth. - Team player who knows how to work collaboratively to bring greater value to the table and improve the company's bottom line. - In-depth knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients at all levels of an organization. - Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset. - Familiarity with the online industry or Fintech is a must. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Fluent in English. - Additional foreign languages are an advantage. - Legal background is an advantage.
