Position Summary:
A global beauty brand is seeking A Social Media Manager. This person will work daily alongside the Digital/Social Media team to manage the company's Instagram channel, local agencies & distributors including organic & Paid Social Media, Content for their International markets.
This person should have excellent communication skills and an interest and passion in social media. This person should have a pulse on what’s going with Social Networks, digital influencers community, trending social content, and the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage the FB & IG Handles: Content, Publishing ect.
Manage the day-to-day with local Digital/Social agencies in the market (Monthly Calls aligning on social strategy, Social calendar approval, and content creation all under specific KPI’s).
Manage digital ad campaigns for European markets, coordinating with local agencies and Moroccanoil teams
Strategizing marketing budget distribution based on the marketing calendar.
Manage IG channel
Oversee 3 local market IG handles
Develop a plan for social activations, sweepstakes, and growth tactics in accordance with market launches & focuses.
Work with Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Education, and Design teams to support 360 launch plan & go-to-market strategies.
Work alongside PR/Influencers team on the creation and implementation of influencer campaigns inc review and monitor success of influencer campaigns.
Lead analytics tracking of social activities both internal and externally – monthly growth, campaign performance, etc.
Develop ideas to come up with innovative and unique ways to engage with consumers and stylists on social.
Skills & Abilities
- At least 4-5 years of similar experience in Social Media Management
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, public relations, media studies, and/or related fields.
- MUST: Native in English, written and verbal (or level of fluency). Extra language bonus.
- Digital/Social Platform Management
- Able to work and collaborate with Cross-functional Teams or individually.
- Social Media Expertise, passionate about social media, up to date on latest trends
