Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and generating leads to securing deals. Foster and maintain relationships within the CRE sector, specifically focusing on commercial office owners and industry brokers.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the sales unit and cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales enablement to ensure a unified strategy and exceptional customer experience.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the team's and the company's overall success.
