Job Summary:
As the US Sales Director, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint in the US market. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and shape its sales strategy, with the potential for the role to evolve into a US General Manager position. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, team building, and collaborating across departments to drive qbiq.ai's mission of accelerating CRE leasing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead US Sales Efforts:
Spearhead rapid regional expansion.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation,demos, negotiations to closing.
Team Building:
Build and lead a high-performing US-based sales team.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals.
Sales Strategy Development:
Craft comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
Set sales goals, identify key growth areas, and create actionable plans to achieve targets.
Collaboration Across Departments:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years in sales, with 5-7 years of proven success in the CRE industry, selling to commercial office owners or agency brokers.
Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales cycle, and client needs within the sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, with a history of building, mentoring, and driving teams toward achieving sales targets.
