A global e-commerce company in Ramat Hachayal is looking for a Brand Marketing Director to lead them in formulating and executing strategies related to media presence, influencers, and talent campaigns!
This leadership role encompasses the management of an internal marketing team and collaboration with external partners. Your expertise will prove pivotal in fostering relationships, crafting communication plans, and disseminating the brand message through various channels.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to an internal team, ensuring the achievement of performance objectives. Oversee relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and successful goal attainment. Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other departments to ensure seamless marketing efforts. Manage the department's budget, optimizing resource allocation for efficiency. Formulate and implement comprehensive media strategies to augment the brand's visibility. Establish and nurture relationships with media professionals, including journalists, editors, and bloggers. Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers and talents aligned with brand values. Direct and supervise influencer campaigns throughout the entire process, from conceptualization to execution. Evaluate the impact and ROI of influencer collaborations, consistently refining strategies. Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- English at a native level - At least 7 years of marketing experience, demonstrating a successful track record in media relations and influencer campaigns for B2C brands. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in team management, encompassing both internal teams and external agencies. - A deep understanding of the digital landscape, particularly within influencer marketing and media relations. - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms. - Critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a results-oriented approach. - Adaptability and flexibility in navigating a dynamic environment.
