The head of the SOX administration and control at the finance organization headquarters is needed for the company headquarters
The role consists of: • Responsibility for the SOX system and financial control processes, reporting to the company's chief accountant. Work interfaces with managers and employees of the finance organization and the various company units in the following areas: Managing SOX projects and implementing control processes in the group (including subsidiaries) • Leading the periodic SOX audit process Organization management and methods in connection with financial and accounting processes in the company, including: procedures, work instructions, etc. • Handling processes resulting from regulatory requirements applicable to the company
what are we looking for
Threshold conditions • Has Israeli citizenship • Has an academic education in the field of economics, business administration, accounting and/or law. • Has an accountant's license for 5 years Experience of at least 5 years (beyond the internship period) in managing SOX areas and/or projects in significant volumes in reporting corporations and/or audit and consulting firms • Proven experience in team management and/or significant matrix management Good command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing)
Additional criteria:
• Familiarity with financial management and project processes • Experience working in large ERP systems (SAP advantage) • Familiarity and/or experience with risk management and/or internal audit processes
