Marketing Lead Location: On-site | Kiryat Ono, Israel
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our B2B marketing strategy and execution. This role includes leading multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, SDR, content, webinars, PR), managing a small team and freelancers, and working closely with the sales team to generate demand and drive qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support growth
Build and optimize structured marketing funnels across all key channels
Manage and mentor internal marketing staff and external freelancers
Oversee website performance, SEO strategy, and regular content updates
Coordinate social media, content, and email marketing initiatives
Align closely with the sales team to support lead generation and go-to-market strategies
Track and report on KPIs including CAC, CPL, and conversion rates
Create marketing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
Lead marketing efforts for industry events and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
At least 1 year in a leadership or management role
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
Experience working closely with sales teams
